Man Arrested for Blackmail and Recording Secret Videos of Minor

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand on September 22, 2026, police from the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division (ATPD) arrested a 24-year-old man, identified as Kriangkrai, in the Saphan Sung district of Bangkok. The arrest was executed based on an outstanding warrant issued by the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Court dated November 7, 2024.
Authorities allege that in early 2024, the suspect lured a female student in her final year of high school to a hotel, where he recorded intimate videos without her consent.
