Colgate Thailand Launches 'Optic White™ Vitamin C' with BTS's j-hope
Colgate-Palmolive Thailand has introduced a new toothpaste featuring Vitamin C, appointing BTS member j-hope as their Asia-Pacific brand ambassador.
Colgate-Palmolive (Thailand) has officially launched its latest oral care product, 'Colgate® Optic White™ Vitamin C,' at an experiential event held at EM SKYE in the EMSPHERE shopping center. According to Khaosod Online, the new formula incorporates 95 percent stabilized pure Vitamin C, which the company claims can remove stubborn stains within seven days while protecting tooth enamel.
To mark the launch, the company announced that j-hope, a member of the global pop group BTS, has been appointed as the brand ambassador for the Asia-Pacific region. The launch event, themed 'The Power of C,' featured appearances by local celebrities, including artist Daou Pittaya and influencer Nisamanee Lertworapong, alongside over 150 content creators.
For residents and visitors in Thailand, this launch highlights the continued prominence of high-profile celebrity marketing within the local consumer goods sector. While the product is now available in the market, consumers should note that the efficacy of the whitening claims may vary based on individual dental health. As with any new oral care product, those with specific dental concerns or sensitivities may wish to consult with a professional before switching their routine. Further details regarding the full rollout of the product across all retail channels in the region remain to be confirmed by the company.
