Police in Rayong have conducted a crime scene re-enactment involving a suspect accused of a fatal shooting following a beach concert altercation.
On September 21, 2026, authorities from the Rayong City Police Station mobilized over 100 officers to secure Mae Ramphueng Beach as they escorted a suspect, identified as Mr. Pharanyu or 'Ma-diao,' to re-enact a fatal shooting. According to police reports, the groups initially separated, but the suspect later pursued the victims on a motorcycle.
