Thai Woman Found Deceased in Taiwan Following Reported Disappearance

According to reports from Khaosod Online, a 35-year-old Thai national identified as Ms. Duangporn has been found dead in Taiwan. The victim, a resident of Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima, had been the subject of a missing person search by her relatives after they lost contact with her in September 2026.

Family members stated that the victim had previously worked in South Korea for a decade before returning to Thailand for one year. She reportedly informed her relatives that she intended to return to South Korea to join her boyfriend, who was assisting her with visa arrangements. She departed for South Korea in August 2026 and maintained regular contact with her family until early September, when communication ceased.

Reports indicate that the victim was allegedly killed by her boyfriend and her body was discovered concealed inside a suitcase. This incident highlights the severe risks associated with international travel and personal relationships abroad.
