Thai Election Commission Refers 77 Individuals to Supreme Court Over Senate Election Irregularities
The Election Commission of Thailand has moved to prosecute 77 individuals, including 26 senators, following investigations into alleged collusion during the recent Senate selection process.

The legal action stems from allegations of election fraud, specifically covering four categories of misconduct: offering or promising assets or benefits, hosting or promising to host meals, and other related violations under the Organic Act on the Acquisition of Senators (2018).
