Admiral Muhammad Ali, the Indonesian Navy Chief of Staff, confirmed that the ship arrived in excellent condition and is expected to remain operational for the Indonesian Navy for the next 15 to 20 years. The vessel is set to be renamed 'KRI Sriwijaya,' honoring the historical maritime empire that once spanned Sumatra.
