On September 18, 2026, resort owner Pipattara Chalermsuksan, accompanied by Rapi Chamnanruea, visited the Mueang Kanchanaburi Police Station to provide testimony regarding a formal complaint filed on August 27, 2026. The owner alleges that a female tenant, identified as 'Ms. Wi,' vacated the property in Kaeng Sian sub-district without settling outstanding rent payments.
According to the report, the tenant allegedly dismantled and removed four air conditioning units from the premises before fleeing. Notably, the complaint alleges that the tenant was assisted in these actions by an individual holding the rank of Sergeant in the military.
