According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, Origin Vertical, a condominium business unit under Origin Property PCL, has launched a new digital sales strategy to capture market interest in the final weeks of the third quarter. The company has partnered with influencers 'Amy' and 'Bonny' to host live commerce sessions on the Lazada platform, offering exclusive deals and special pricing codes for their residential projects.

Apisit Soontornchookiat, CEO of Origin Vertical, stated that the firm is intensifying its focus on social media and social commerce channels. This shift follows internal data indicating that online platforms currently account for approximately 30% of the company's total sales. By utilizing live streaming, the company aims to directly track customer engagement, including views, clicks, and inquiries, to convert interest into transactions more efficiently.
