Former Democrat MP Petitions Ombudsman Over Election Commission's Senate Selection Handling
A former Democrat Party MP has requested the Ombudsman to refer the Election Commission of Thailand to the NACC for alleged dereliction of duty regarding the prosecution of Senate selection irregularities.
On September 17, 2026, former Democrat Party Member of Parliament Watchara Petthong formally petitioned the Office of the Ombudsman of Thailand.
