Intergold Partners with Krungthai Bank for Automated Gold Trading Payments
Intergold Gold Trade has integrated Krungthai Bank’s API Direct Debit system into its platform, allowing for automated gold savings and trading via the Krungthai NEXT application.
Intergold Gold Trade has announced a new partnership with Krungthai Bank to streamline digital payments for gold investors. According to Khaosod Online, the collaboration introduces an API Direct Debit solution that enables automated deductions directly from Krungthai Bank accounts through the Krungthai NEXT mobile application.
Teerarat Jutawarakul, Managing Director of Intergold Gold Trade, stated that this integration is designed to simplify the process for digital-age investors, particularly those focusing on Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) strategies. By automating the payment process, the company aims to provide a more secure and efficient way for users to save and trade gold bullion without the need for manual transfers.
Anchalee Jarasyodwuthichai, Executive Vice President of Krungthai Bank, noted that the service allows for 24-hour transaction capabilities. Customers can provide consent for automated deductions within the Krungthai NEXT app, which is intended to reduce transaction steps and support real-time investment activities.
For residents and investors in Thailand, this development simplifies the technical side of gold accumulation. While the system is now operational, users should verify the specific terms and conditions for automated deductions within their banking app. It remains to be confirmed how this integration might influence future digital payment partnerships between other financial institutions and investment platforms in the country.
