The ownership of Wat Pa Adulyaram in Khon Kaen has been officially transferred to the temple following a successful legal process.
On September 16, 2026, Ananchai Chaidej, President of the Kongthaptham Foundation, announced that the land title deed for Wat Pa Adulyaram in Khon Kaen has been officially transferred to the temple's name. According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the foundation had been working for over a month to change the ownership from the late Hiang Phimsri to the temple itself. The Ministry of Interior approved the transfer, and the original deed is now being held by the Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Buddhism.
This resolution marks the end of a long-standing land dispute surrounding the temple.
