Rainwood Holding Files Lawsuit Against Vatanika Group
Rainwood Holding has initiated a civil lawsuit against Vatanika Group, led by designer Vatanika Patamasingh na Ayudhya, alleging a breach of contract regarding marketing services.
According to a report by Khaosod Online, Rainwood Holding filed a civil lawsuit against Vatanika Group at the Civil Court on July 9, 2026. The plaintiff is seeking 21,806,633.24 Thai Baht in damages, alleging that the defendant failed to fulfill the terms of a marketing services agreement.
Rainwood Holding, which manages various high-profile assets including Rainwood Park, the Robinwood Golf Course, Voss water, Sea Bear yachts, and the KIS International School, claims that Vatanika Group did not adhere to the agreed-upon marketing and yacht trip promotion activities. Vatanika Group is headed by prominent designer and influencer Vatanika Patamasingh na Ayudhya.
