Neighbor Dispute Escalates to Police Complaint in Nonthaburi
A mother and son in Nonthaburi have filed a police complaint against a neighbor following two months of alleged disturbances, including noise and nuisance issues.
On September 15, 2026, a 62-year-old woman and her 37-year-old son filed a formal complaint with the Bang Bua Thong Police Station in Nonthaburi, Thailand. According to a report by Khaosod Online, the pair alleges that a neighbor in their housing estate in the Ban Kluay-Sai Noi area has caused significant distress for over two months.
The complainants claim the neighbor keeps dogs that bark loudly, discards cigarette butts into drainage pipes, and frequently operates motorcycles with loud exhaust systems at all hours of the day and night. Furthermore, they reported that the motorcycles involved lack license plates and are transported in and out of the property by van. The family stated that they had previously sought assistance from the housing estate’s juristic person and local municipal authorities, but the situation did not improve.

While the family has provided CCTV footage as evidence to support their legal action, the case is currently under investigation by the police.
