Two Arrested in Ramkhamhaeng for Selling 'Tiger Head' Ketamine Vapes
Thai authorities have arrested two individuals in Bangkok for distributing illicit ketamine-laced vaping products targeting local youth parties.
On September 15, 2026, the Consumer Protection Police Division (CPPD) apprehended two suspects, identified as 21-year-old Ms. Noppamas and 33-year-old Mr. Chatre, at an apartment complex located in Soi Ramkhamhaeng 60/2, Bangkok. According to a report by Khaosod Online, the operation followed an investigation into the illegal sale of 'Tiger Head' ketamine vapes.
During the search, officers seized three 'Tiger Head' vape pods, five disposable electronic cigarettes, approximately 46.86 grams of ketamine divided into over 50 sachets, 200 plastic bags, and two mobile phones. The suspects reportedly confessed to selling the illicit products to groups of teenagers attending parties, claiming a profit margin of 200 baht per unit.
For residents and travelers, this incident highlights the ongoing risks associated with unregulated vaping products in Thailand. Authorities have previously warned that electronic cigarettes and unauthorized substances pose significant health and legal dangers. While the suspects are currently in custody, the investigation remains ongoing to determine the full extent of their distribution network and the source of the illicit substances.
