According to a report by Prachachat Business, the 'Scope Thong Lo' ultra-luxury condominium project in Bangkok has successfully sold out all of its penthouse units. The 32-story development, which carries a total project value of 3.65 billion baht, features a unique design concept consisting of only 18 exclusive units, all of which are penthouses.
The project gained significant attention following the sale of its most expensive, fully furnished penthouse unit, valued at 600 million baht, to an international buyer. The development has reached this milestone less than two years after its initial launch in October 2024.
