The surrender follows an incident on September 12, 2026, at approximately 9:10 p.m., when a beer bottle was allegedly thrown at a 13-year-old boy riding a motorcycle on Highway 323, near the Tha Sao Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Sai Yok district.
The victim sustained a severe laceration to his neck, with reports indicating his windpipe was nearly severed, requiring 52 stitches. The victim's family filed a formal complaint with the Sai Yok Police Station on September 13.
