According to the report, the funding structure for this project consists of 76 billion baht in loans and 18 billion baht sourced from the annual national budget. Deputy Spokesperson Captain Pattarasmi Thongsaluaykorn stated that the project is designed to improve water management systems to better protect the region from extreme weather fluctuations.
