Thailand Announces Toll Increases for Si Rat–Outer Ring Road

According to a report by Khaosod English, Thailand’s Ministry of Transport has officially announced an upcoming adjustment to toll rates for the Prachimrathaya Expressway, commonly referred to as the Si Rat–Outer Ring Road Expressway. This change follows formal approval from the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) and was published in the Royal Gazette on Monday, 14 September 2026.

For residents and frequent commuters in Bangkok, this adjustment means higher travel costs when utilizing this specific route starting from 15 December 2026.
