The suspect faces charges of premeditated attempted murder and the illegal possession and carrying of firearms. The case stems from a violent incident involving a land dispute, during which the suspect allegedly shot his uncle, causing severe injuries. Reports further indicate that the suspect allegedly fired nine additional shots at the victim's home and issued threats against the victim's family.
