Chiang Mai has reached 3.9 billion baht in cumulative spending under the 'Thai Chuay Thai Plus' economic stimulus program, ranking seventh among major provinces.
According to a report from Prachachat Business, the Chiang Mai Provincial Treasury Office has announced that the 'Thai Chuay Thai Plus' economic stimulus initiative has generated 3.9 billion baht in cumulative spending within the province. This figure places Chiang Mai seventh among the 22 major provinces participating in the program nationwide.
Wasana Sommut, the Chiang Mai Provincial Treasury official, noted that this performance represents a significant increase compared to the 'Kon La Krueng' (Half-Half) co-payment scheme from 2025, which recorded 2.4 billion baht in cumulative spending.
