On September 13, 2026, officers from the Wang Thonglang Police Station launched a coordinated operation to inspect eight prominent entertainment venues within their jurisdiction. Led by Police Colonel Jessada Yangnok, the operation involved multiple units, including patrol officers, investigators, and the Metropolitan Police Division 4 S.W.A.T. team.
The force was divided into three groups to simultaneously sweep three designated zones. According to Khaosod Online, the inspections were part of a broader social order initiative aimed at ensuring compliance with local regulations. During the checks, authorities screened patrons and staff for illegal items and narcotics. The police reported that no illegal activities or drug use were detected at any of the eight venues, which included establishments such as Prim Club and The Galaxy Club.
