Investigation Launched After Music Teacher Allegedly Assaults Students in Ayutthaya
Four students and their parents have filed a police report against a music teacher in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, alleging physical abuse and threats with a knife.
On September 13, 2026, four male students, accompanied by their parents and local representatives, filed a formal complaint at the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Police Station. According to Khaosod Online, the group alleges that a music teacher at a school under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Municipality physically assaulted the students and threatened them with a knife after they failed to participate in a school sports event.
The incident gained public attention after parents discovered the alleged abuse and shared details on social media. The teacher reportedly apologized to the parents, citing stress as the reason for the behavior. Local officials, including MP Songphon Suksomboon, are now assisting the families in seeking a formal investigation into the matter.
