Dr. Prab Tham Phakboworn, an independent candidate running for Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) President under ballot number 6, has unveiled a new administrative concept titled 'MATRIX MASTER.' According to Khaosod Online, the proposal seeks to move away from fragmented, project-based governance toward a holistic, data-driven system.
Dr. Prab argues that residents often face interconnected challenges—such as flooding, traffic congestion, waste management, and economic issues—simultaneously. His proposed system aims to integrate data across six key dimensions, including local economy and management, to provide a comprehensive view of the province’s needs. The goal is to track which departments are responsible for specific issues, the budget allocated, and the tangible outcomes for the public, rather than launching isolated projects.
For residents and visitors, this proposal highlights a shift toward potential administrative reform in the Nonthaburi area, which borders Bangkok and serves as a major residential and transit hub. If implemented, such a system could theoretically improve the efficiency of public services and infrastructure maintenance.
