Addressing concerns regarding transparency, Deputy Minister of Interior Phonphir Suwannachawi stated that the project is designed to prevent bid-rigging and specification locking. Officials noted that approximately 2,300 companies are currently qualified and prepared to participate in the installation process, emphasizing that the selection process will remain open rather than favoring specific groups.
