According to the report, the officials allegedly acted as intermediaries, transporting cash from individuals seeking government positions to a central figure identified as 'Jor Pichit.' The scheme involved charging applicants double the standard fee for recruitment quotas. While Jor Pichit reportedly demanded 250,000 THB for a position, the DSI officials allegedly added an additional 250,000 THB surcharge for their services.
