Tragic Accident in Chonburi Claims Life of 51-Year-Old Woman
A 51-year-old woman has died following a fatal fall at a residence in Chonburi province.
On the morning of September 12, 2026, a 51-year-old woman, identified as Ms. Penjamas, passed away following a tragic accident at a home in the Nong Khayad sub-district of Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi. According to reports from Khaosod Online Thailand, local authorities and rescue teams from Sawang Het were dispatched to the scene around 5:00 AM after receiving reports of an unconscious individual.
Upon arrival, responders found the victim lying on the ground with a severe head injury and significant blood loss. A large water jar near the victim had shattered, with fragments scattered across the area. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, including CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) by rescue personnel, the victim remained unresponsive. She was subsequently transported to Phanat Nikhom Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
The homeowner, 50-year-old Mr. Wirat, reported that the victim had been present at his residence prior to the incident. While the immediate circumstances of the fall are being documented, the exact sequence of events leading to the impact with the water jar remains a subject of local inquiry. For residents and visitors, this incident serves as a reminder of the importance of home safety and the potential hazards posed by heavy household objects.
