Football Association of Thailand Disburses First Round of Club Funding
FA Thailand President Nualphan Lamsam has approved nearly 100 million baht in initial financial support for professional football clubs across the country's top three divisions.
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, has officially approved the first installment of financial support for professional clubs for the 2026/27 season. The total disbursement amounts to 99,562,500 baht, aimed at supporting teams across the three tiers of the Thai league system.
The distribution breakdown is as follows: the 16 clubs in Thai League 1 will receive 3,750,000 baht each, totaling 60 million baht. The 18 clubs in Thai League 2 are allocated 1,000,000 baht each, totaling 18 million baht. Finally, the 69 clubs in Thai League 3 will receive 312,500 baht each, amounting to 21,562,500 baht.
