Residents and travelers in these areas are advised to exercise caution regarding flash floods and forest runoff, particularly in low-lying areas and near mountain slopes. Authorities recommend avoiding travel through routes prone to recurring flooding.
Furthermore, a strong low-pressure cell in the central South China Sea is currently being monitored. It is projected to intensify into a tropical cyclone and approach the upper coast of Vietnam between September 13 and 14, 2026.
