Defamation Case Concludes: Phet Pakplara Ordered to Compensate Nara Crepka-Toey
A Thai court has finalized a defamation lawsuit between two social media figures, resulting in a financial settlement and a public apology requirement.
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand on September 11, 2026, a legal dispute involving social media personalities has reached a conclusion in court. The case involved Nara Crepka-Toey, who filed a defamation lawsuit against Phet Pakplara, also known as Phetchy.
Following the court's ruling, Phet Pakplara announced that she has been ordered to pay a total of 140,000 THB. This amount includes 100,000 THB to be paid to the court and 40,000 THB in compensation to Nara. Additionally, the court mandated that Phet Pakplara must post a public apology for five consecutive days. Phet Pakplara described the outcome as a significant lesson and expressed gratitude for the court's mercy, stating her intention to move forward with her life. Nara Crepka-Toey commented on the resolution, suggesting that the outcome serves as an example of how mature individuals handle disputes.
