Captain Cat, the new license holder for the Miss Thailand pageant, has selected Nonthaburi as the host city for the 2027 competition under the theme 'The Golden Era'.
According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the Miss Thailand pageant has entered a new chapter for the 2027–2029 period. Dr. Atitiya Benjapak, known as 'Captain Cat,' has secured the rights to manage the competition across all 77 provinces. The upcoming 2027 pageant will be held under the theme 'The Golden Era – The Golden Age of Universal Siam.'
As part of the initial rollout, organizers have signed agreements with three provinces. Nonthaburi has been officially designated as the host city for the 2027 event, with Warangkana Uthensut serving as the City Director. Additionally, Bangkok and Nakhon Si Thammarat have appointed their respective directors to manage local candidate selection.
