Land Deed Fraud Ring Arrested in Samut Sakhon
Police in Samut Sakhon have apprehended a criminal group accused of using forged land deeds to defraud a local factory owner of 25 million baht.
According to a report by Thai Post, police in Samut Sakhon have arrested a criminal gang involved in a sophisticated land deed forgery scheme. Police Colonel Sittiporn Kasik, Superintendent of the Mueang Samut Sakhon Police Station, confirmed that the investigation was initiated following a complaint filed by a 69-year-old factory owner residing in the district.
The suspects allegedly utilized counterfeit land documents to deceive the victim, resulting in a total financial loss of 25 million baht. Authorities have taken the individuals into custody to face legal proceedings regarding the fraud.
