Beauty Retailer EVEANDBOY Plans IPO to Fund Nationwide Expansion
Thai beauty chain EVEANDBOY has filed for an IPO of 170 million shares, aiming to expand its store network to 68 locations by 2027.
According to a report by Prachachat Business, the prominent Thai beauty retailer EVEANDBOY (EB) has officially initiated the process to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The company plans to offer 170 million shares in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise capital for an ambitious expansion strategy.
Following a strong financial performance in 2025, where the company recorded 5.34 billion baht in revenue and a net profit of 1.22 billion baht, EVEANDBOY intends to increase its footprint significantly. The management has outlined a roadmap to reach a total of 68 branches within the next two years. Additionally, the company has established a dividend policy, committing to distribute at least 40% of its net profit to shareholders.
For residents and frequent visitors to Thailand, this expansion may lead to increased accessibility to EVEANDBOY’s wide range of cosmetics and personal care products across more provinces. The move signals a robust growth phase for the retail sector in the country. While the company has set clear expansion targets and a dividend policy, the final approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission and the specific timeline for the IPO launch remain to be confirmed. Investors and consumers alike will be watching to see how this capital injection influences the brand's market presence and product availability in the coming years.
