Agricultural Land Reform Office Investigates 'Than Chao Pa Camp' in Buriram
Authorities are investigating the land usage status of the 'Than Chao Pa Camp' in Buriram after it was discovered that no official land reform documents have been issued for the site.
The Agricultural Land Reform Office (ALRO) has launched an investigation into the 'Than Chao Pa Camp' in Buriram province following directives from the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Watcharapol Khaokham. According to a report by Khaosod Online, ALRO Secretary-General Setthakiat Krajangwong confirmed that the site, which spans approximately 6.25 rai, has not yet been surveyed or issued an 'S.P.K. 4-01' land reform document.
ALRO officials discovered that the current occupant only submitted a request to utilize the land on August 6, 2026. The site currently features a two-story, semi-concrete and wooden residential structure. The investigation is ongoing to determine the legality of the land usage and whether the current occupation complies with agricultural land reform regulations.
