WHA Group Proposes Large-Scale Data Center Park to Boost Thailand’s Digital Economy

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, CEO of WHA Corporation, has announced plans to study the feasibility of a massive Data Center Park spanning 1,000 to 2,000 rai. The initiative aims to provide the necessary infrastructure for Thailand to transition from an AI user to a regional AI hub, noting that the country is currently in the early stages of data center investment compared to neighbors like Malaysia and Singapore.

For residents and travelers, this development signals a potential shift in Thailand’s digital infrastructure landscape.
