The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has recognized the Asawin Grand Convention Hotel for excellence in hygiene and facility standards.
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, the Asawin Grand Convention Hotel has been honored with the 'Best Restroom of the Year' award for 2026 by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). The award ceremony, held at the Rattanakosin Room, highlighted the hotel's commitment to providing premium, hygienic, and accessible facilities for all guests.
Dr. Asawin Ingkapakul, Chairman of the Miracle Group, emphasized that the hotel prioritizes restroom quality as a fundamental aspect of guest comfort and public health. This recognition is part of a broader BMA initiative led by Governor Chadchart Sittipunt to improve public sanitation standards across the capital. The BMA’s Health Department organized this competition to establish benchmarks for cleanliness across 13 categories, including hotels, hospitals, public parks, and transport hubs.
