Former world boxing champion Amnat Ruenroeng is currently undergoing intensive psychiatric treatment in Ubon Ratchathani to address substance dependency.
According to a report by Khaosod Online, former world boxing champion Amnat Ruenroeng is receiving intensive psychiatric care at Phra Si Maha Pho Hospital in Ubon Ratchathani. The update was provided by Yuttapon Srisompong, a former police officer and influencer known as 'Johnny Mueprab,' who has been assisting in Amnat’s recovery efforts.
Following a period where Amnat had returned to alcohol consumption after visiting his mother in Chon Buri, he was brought back to the facility for specialized treatment aimed at overcoming alcohol and drug dependency. The hospital director informed Yuttapon that Amnat is currently being administered medication to manage withdrawal symptoms and induce sleep. While he is no longer physically restrained, he remains under medical supervision and is not yet able to engage in conversation. Doctors anticipate that it will take several more days before he is stable enough to communicate effectively.
