Central The 1 Credit Card Targets 7% Growth with New Dynamic Points System

General Card Services has launched a new 'T1 Dynamic Points' feature for Central The 1 credit cards, aiming for a 140 billion baht annual spending volume.

According to a report by Khaosod Online on September 9, 2026, General Card Services is enhancing its Central The 1 co-branded credit card offerings. The company has introduced a new feature called 'T1 Dynamic Points,' designed to provide cardholders with greater flexibility in earning points across popular lifestyle categories and services within the Central Group ecosystem.

Chawin Prachyanuporn, Managing Director of General Card Services, stated that the initiative is a response to evolving consumer spending behaviors, focusing on benefits that offer tangible value for daily use. By increasing the frequency and volume of card usage, the company aims to position the Central The 1 card as a primary payment tool for its customers. The firm has set a target for total spending through the card to grow by 7%, reaching 140 billion baht by the end of 2026.

For residents and frequent shoppers in Thailand, this update may influence how points are accumulated during routine purchases at Central Group outlets. While the company has outlined its growth targets and the mechanics of the new point system, the long-term impact on consumer spending patterns and the specific conversion rates for various lifestyle categories remain to be confirmed as the program rolls out.
