On September 7, 2026, a fire occurred at a warehouse and production facility belonging to Srinanaporn Marketing (SNNP) located on Phutthamonthon Sai 5. According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the company successfully contained the incident without any injuries or fatalities, and there was no impact on the surrounding community.
The fire was limited to the production area for 'Lotus' brand snacks. SNNP emphasized that its primary revenue drivers—the 'Jele' jelly drink line and 'Bento' snacks, which account for 70% of the company's total income—are produced at different locations and remain unaffected.
For residents and consumers, the company has confirmed that product availability will not be disrupted. SNNP maintains approximately one month of inventory and has activated contingency plans to ensure supply continuity. These measures include increasing production capacity at their Vietnam facility and utilizing external manufacturers (OEMs).
