According to a report by Thai Post on September 9, 2026, Kittipong has publicly criticized the Department of Provincial Administration regarding its procurement of body armor. The core of the concern lies in the purchase price of 46,000 baht per unit. Kittipong highlighted that this figure is notably higher than the 31,000 baht per unit paid by the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) for equipment with identical specifications.

Furthermore, the report alleges that the company contracted to supply the armor also operates a school uniform business and has reported an annual income of only 12,000 baht. These details have raised questions regarding the transparency and cost-effectiveness of the procurement process.
