Police Hunt Suspect Following Violent Assault in Pak Chong
Authorities in Nakhon Ratchasima are searching for a 22-year-old man accused of assaulting his aunt at knifepoint while allegedly under the influence of drugs.
According to a report by Khaosod Online, a 29-year-old woman filed a formal complaint at the Pak Chong Police Station in Nakhon Ratchasima on September 9, 2026. The victim reported that on the afternoon of September 8, her 22-year-old nephew, identified by the pseudonym 'Dam,' approached her home appearing to be under the influence of narcotics.
The victim stated that as she attempted to retreat into her house, the suspect forced his way in using a sharp knife to threaten her. She alleged that he restrained her with an electrical cord and sexually assaulted her under duress. Following the incident, the suspect reportedly fled the scene, allegedly stealing a motorcycle and a mobile phone from local residents during his escape.
Police are currently treating the suspect as a dangerous individual and are actively pursuing him. For residents and travelers in the Pak Chong area, this incident highlights a serious criminal matter involving a suspect who remains at large.
