Tops Daily has launched three new branches on Koh Chang, with plans to reach five locations by the end of 2026.
According to a report by Prachachat Business, the retail chain Tops has officially entered the Koh Chang market by opening three new 'Tops Daily' branches simultaneously. These stores are strategically located in key areas of the island: White Sand Beach, Chai Chet, and Bang Bao.
Thanawat Jirajariyavech, a managing director at the company, stated that this expansion is part of a broader strategy to capture local purchasing power and serve the needs of both residents and tourists. The stores are operating under a 'Hybrid Model' designed to cater to the specific demands of the island's retail landscape. To mark the launch, the company is offering special promotions at these new locations.
For travelers and residents, this expansion provides increased access to convenience retail options in popular tourist zones. The company has indicated that its growth plans for the island do not stop here; they aim to have a total of five Tops Daily branches operational on Koh Chang before the end of 2026. While the first three locations are now open, details regarding the exact sites for the remaining two planned branches have yet to be confirmed.
