Fatal Motorcycle Accident Reported in Phrae Province
A 53-year-old man was found deceased in a public irrigation canal in Den Chai district after failing to return home.
On the morning of September 8, 2026, local authorities in Den Chai district, Phrae province, discovered the body of a 53-year-old man, identified as Mr. Jamroen, inside a public irrigation canal. According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the victim had been reported missing after leaving his home on a motorcycle the previous afternoon.
Police officers from Den Chai Station, accompanied by rescue teams and medical personnel from Somdej Phra Yupharat Den Chai Hospital, arrived at the scene in Ban Dong Sura, Mae Chua sub-district, to conduct an investigation. The victim’s motorcycle was found submerged nearby. Preliminary medical assessments suggest the man had been deceased for approximately one night. Authorities noted an absence of physical trauma or signs of foul play, leading investigators to treat the incident as a probable accident.
