GPSC Leads Community Forest Restoration in Rayong

According to a report by Thai Post on September 8, 2026, Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), the power innovation arm of the PTT Group, has launched a collaborative initiative to rehabilitate the Ban Map Chan community forest in Rayong. The project involves a partnership between the company, government agencies, civil society organizations, and local community networks.

The restoration efforts focus on enhancing the local ecosystem through the planting of food-bearing plants and the construction of check dams. These measures are intended to improve the fertility of the forest and provide sustainable natural resources for the local population. Parinda Maimjai, Executive Vice President of Corporate Administration at GPSC, stated that the initiative aims to create a sustainable ecosystem that adds long-term value to the community.

For residents and visitors, this project highlights ongoing efforts to preserve green spaces in the industrial-heavy Rayong province.
