Teenager Injured in Stray Dog Incident in Nakhon Ratchasima

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, a 17-year-old girl was injured on September 5, 2026, after being chased by a pack of stray dogs while riding her motorcycle. The incident occurred around 11:00 PM on a road behind the Ua-Athorn housing project, heading toward Methaphat School in Nong Bua Sala, Nakhon Ratchasima.

As the dogs pursued her, the teenager attempted to accelerate to escape, which caused her to lose control of the vehicle and crash. She sustained injuries to her face, eyebrows, and shoulders, requiring approximately 40 stitches. Her father, 53-year-old Mr. Wuttiporn, reported that medical expenses for her treatment have reached nearly 50,000 baht. He has publicly appealed to local authorities to address the stray dog population in the area to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
