Additionally, the Prime Minister confirmed plans to appoint Dr. Ekkapop Pianwiset as the new government spokesperson, replacing Ratchada Thanadirek. This appointment is expected to be formally proposed to the Cabinet during their meeting on September 8, 2026. When questioned by reporters regarding potential broader Cabinet reshuffles, the Prime Minister declined to comment, responding with laughter.
