Supalai Returns to Pattaya Condo Market with 'Supalai Sense'

Developer Supalai has announced a new 1.034 billion baht condominium project in Pattaya, targeting the North Pattaya-Naklua area with units starting at 1.39 million baht.

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, the property developer Supalai is re-entering the Pattaya condominium market with the launch of 'Supalai Sense Pattaya.' The project, valued at 1.034 billion baht, is situated on a five-rai plot of land located 250 meters from Sukhumvit Road.

Rajai Piyawajanusorn, Assistant Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated on September 7, 2026, that the company is leveraging over a decade of experience in the Eastern region to target the North Pattaya-Naklua area. The developer highlights the location for its balance of privacy and accessibility to major transport routes and lifestyle hubs. The units range in size from 31.5 to 65 square meters, with starting prices set at 1.39 million baht.

For residents and potential investors, this development signals a renewed interest in the North Pattaya residential sector, which is often favored for its quieter atmosphere compared to the city center. The project is scheduled for a pre-sale event on September 19–20, 2026. While the developer has expressed confidence in the current market timing based on their understanding of consumer behavior, prospective buyers should note that the project is currently in the pre-sale phase. Final details regarding construction timelines and specific unit availability will likely be clarified during the upcoming launch event.
