Thai Obayashi Breaks Ground on 8 Billion Baht 'O-MESH Ratchadamri' Project
Thai Obayashi has officially commenced construction on the O-MESH Ratchadamri mixed-use development, featuring advanced construction technology and direct access to the BTS Skytrain.
On September 7, 2026, Thai Obayashi (Nantawan Co., Ltd.) held a foundation stone laying ceremony for the 'O-MESH Ratchadamri' project. Located on a six-rai plot at the entrance of Soi Mahatlek Luang 3 on Ratchadamri Road, this mixed-use development is valued at over 8 billion baht. The project is designed to integrate Grade A office space, a hotel, and retail areas, with direct connectivity to the BTS Ratchadamri station.
A notable feature of this development is the implementation of 'LRV' (Left-Right-Vertical) construction technology, marking its first use in Thailand. The project emphasizes a 'Green & Smart' concept, aiming to modernize the urban landscape in the heart of the Ratchadamri district.
For residents and travelers, the project’s direct link to the BTS Skytrain promises improved accessibility to one of Bangkok’s prime commercial areas. While the developer has announced a target opening date of December 2029, the project remains in its early construction phase. Further details regarding specific hotel brands or retail tenants have yet to be confirmed.
