Preliminary investigations suggest the altercation began when the delivery driver was attempting to turn into the soi to complete a delivery. Mr. Hiran, driving a Mercedes-Benz, reportedly honked his horn and pursued the driver while shouting verbal abuse. The situation escalated when both vehicles stopped, leading to a physical struggle over a firearm, which subsequently discharged.
