According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, a grey-black Honda Jazz carrying six people lost control while descending the mountain. The vehicle struck a concrete barrier at kilometer marker 7 in Ban Phu Pot, Lom Kao district.
Rescue volunteers from the Ruamkatanyu Foundation in Lom Sak responded to the scene. While the vehicle sustained significant front-end damage, all six occupants survived the crash. Two individuals sustained minor injuries and were transported to Somdej Phra Yuparat Lom Kao Hospital for medical attention. Initial reports suggest that the accident may have been caused by brake failure, though this remains to be officially confirmed by authorities.
