According to Khaosod Online, Parit raised concerns about the lack of clarity regarding the subcommittee's formation and the thoroughness of its investigative process.
Parit detailed a discrepancy in the handling of a case involving 229 individuals. He noted that while an initial investigative panel recommended indicting all 229 people, and a deputy secretary-general of the ECT reportedly recommended indicting at least 140, the 36th Subcommittee subsequently concluded that no indictments should be issued. Parit argued that this outcome appears inconsistent with previous rulings and suggested that the decision-making process may be influenced by political agendas.
